Vivien and Lendro welcome you to our home at Rocklands. We believe it is a very fine place for you to stay during your visit to our exquisite country.

We are situated in a magic part of Cape Town a Mediterranean blend within the diversity of South Africa's cultures.

Our geographical position is a well-kept secret, surrounded by Nature Reserves and so close to the very tip of Cape Point, where the two oceans blend, where ‘suburbia' ends and real living begins.

Our area is extremely safe and our home secure.

Rocklands House is 5 minutes from quaint, historical Simon's Town, offering trips to the Point, Robben and Seal Isalnds, Harbour cruises, an array of curiosity shops, sidewalk cafes and seafood restaurants.

Safe and secluded beaches, adorning jackass penguins, are within walking distance. Our ski-boat and golf clubs (both welcoming visitors) are a few minutes away.

We fell in love with this area over two years ago and bought our simple double storey home, which overlooks the ocean of False Bay

We felt as if we were on a ship, sometimes on wild seas, other times on a balmy lake, safe and close to nature.

Subsequently, our children moved out and we have chosen to extend our hospitality expertise by welcoming guests into our home, which we have named ‘ Rocklands House'.

Our ever-changing views are awesome, from the magical blood-red sunrises, to the soft artist's hue upon the mountains across the bay at sunset.

Our painting is alive with fishing boats, yachts, kayakers, whales and porpoises, nature's palate sliding slowly across our ocean canvass.
